Ok so is there a way to make it so when you score a goal (eaither team) can you make them go back to thier bases. So like if you score a goal BOTH teams will get warped back to thier bases. Is this possible? Please and Thanks.

Drat that ruins my hole plan for my zone

If it is possible i would really apprecaite it if someone could PLEASE make me a plugin. I dont think Sin City uses ASSS and they have a ball spawn to. So if he does use ASSS can someone make me a ball spawn plugin. I really need it becasue my map is like sin city, it is broken up into bases and you use a warp plugin to get to where you want. So the flag could spawn out side of all the bases, so i really need this plugin. Please and Thanks.

I know you wouldn't be able to do it, even if you knew C++ or not.

Of course I knew you don't know C++, my post was just a joke about your "DO THIS FOR ME THX" posts.

But I do think you ask a lot here, most of the posts were just about very silly problems and it's no problem at all that you ask so much but if you can't even fix those simple things why even bother trying to run a zone?

Also, if there are things you can't do it's okay to get others to do it, maybe looking for staff that can do those things for you is a good idea?

This isn't going to stop, you are not just asking for one "favor", you will keep needing help from others, therefore I said "do it yourself", or well, get people (staff) to do it instead of relying on the people on the Server Help forums.

There was no reason to be sorry for.

I agree with Solo.

I was about to say so last night during my 15m explanation on how 4 numbers make a rectange in TM Baw. You really could have, and should have, figured that out yourself.

We don't mean to be harsh. It is, after all, our job to help, but not to create your zone for you. The more work you do yourself, the better it will be for you in the long run.

Ok ok your right. Im sorry i ask so many qustions but some things are a bit more diffucult then others, and i wil try to stop asking such silly qustions that are eaisy

but i really dident now how to make a plugin, i odnt even no where to start off on making one lol. Thats why i posted here. O btw i dident kno you were joking solo, i thought you really meant it. It sort of seemed like...

well we wont get in to that. So if anyone can tell me some steps to make a plugin i could try to do it my self, eventho i have no clue how to. So thanks. Bye.

Ehm, I didn't want to scare you.

Go ask that zone's owners if you can get the plugin or where they got it from.

If nobody can help you getting the existing plugin and you can't find it anywhere then ask again here.

And as I said before, hiring staff members who can solve these problems for you might be a good idea too.

Hockeyzone has a plugin (i believe) that when it is 5v5 and a goal is scored, the players are warped back to their separate sides.. try asking them

Well it woudn't be too hard; if you have the team values [spawn] section in the server.cfg (or appropriate file); all you'd then need to do is:

*prize #7
*shipreset

badda bing... Or, making life more difficult, the plugin could PM each non-spec player and *warpto them; .. one would require sysop one would require just smod...

I'm not sure if I'd agree here, as the owner of a zone should really have experience in all of his staff's jobs. For example, one of my staff members in TA was good at graphics, but didn't know how to replace the standard graphics, so I taught him how. That's how it should be.

Ah well, it was different at T3G, the staff could do stuff while the owner was being an asshole and retard, so that's just what I'm used to.

But yeah I agree with you too, giving someone access to things you don't know about can be dangerous.

I think we could conclude from this it wouldn't be smart for Assassin2684 to run a zone at all, but well, that's not what this thread is about.

You should just learn more about Subgame and how to use it before actually starting a zone, I guess you have a very long way to go.

Well i sort of agree but the reason i wanted to make a zone is because i wanted to make somthing. First i was in to the program called Flash MX 2000, but i really sucked at it. So i at the time i had continuum and have been playing for a while and was never even thinking about making a zone. But then i was thinking it cant be that hard, so i started asking people how do i make a zone. They all said go to shanky.com. So i went here and found out how to do it. So then i made my zone and started it up and played in it. But then i thought this isent what the other zones look like. So i saw that this place was the only place that can help me. So thats how it started and that why i want to make my zone so bad, even if no one goes to it, it would make me happy that i made something. So umm where were we. O ya i will start asking around in the zones for the plugin. Thanks guys.
