You can get the compiler from the VB package; MSDN had an article of the command line arguments etc etc for it.

Shit, I was hoping I could get ahold of a compilier to replace my copy of VB that I lost. I guess I get to do some hunting.

I believe the .NET Framework comes with a full set of command line compilers

Mircosoft was giving away Visual Basic .NET Standard on CDs not long ago. I still have my little disks they gave me. Even comes with MSDN Library. If you get a copy of the disks, I can legally give you my product key, and you can use it. I'll never install it. I just like free shit sent to my house from companies.
