Looking for a free visual basic compilier thats compatable with XP, anyone have any suggestions? Yeah, I know VB isn't as good as C++, Java, or anything else, its just that I have more material for VB then I do anything else.

You can get the compiler from the VB package; MSDN had an article of the command line arguments etc etc for it.

Shit, I was hoping I could get ahold of a compilier to replace my copy of VB that I lost. I guess I get to do some hunting.

Non-endorsed: simply find a copy of visual basic and download it.. it's not that scarce...

I believe the .NET Framework comes with a full set of command line compilers

Mircosoft was giving away Visual Basic .NET Standard on CDs not long ago. I still have my little disks they gave me. Even comes with MSDN Library. If you get a copy of the disks, I can legally give you my product key, and you can use it. I'll never install it. I just like free shit sent to my house from companies.
