Is it possible to let people into an arena based on their starting date of playing the zone?
I know you can limit the amount people allowed to enter an arena though usage, but i was wondering if it was possible to do the same thing through the date they first played.

Nope, sorry. But you could design a bot that will do a *info on a player, and calcuate when they created their name. As for when they joined your zone, that sort of makes it hard for new players to try your zone out.
Of course, if you are trying to keep idiots out of a dueling subarena, this is a good idea, but as Bak suggested, it would be easier to keep record of these type of things with using the open source server, ASSS, or making your own group of bots, designed to sit in every public arena and record player history.

You can use Minuasge under Misc. to make them have so many hours of ?usage before they can play.
