... well if you tried it and it didn't work then you did something wrong
1) Tell us what you tried
2) Learn to type perhaps?
"*warn You have been warned" works fine

Are you a moderator in the zone (can do other mod commands like *arena)? Did you send it privately to the user (/*warn Warning message -or- :Someone:*warn Warning message)? In your server.ini, what do you have for the [Validation] DisablePubCommands (can get line in-game with the sysop command *g*Validation:DisablePubCommands )?
Can anyone plz help me do that
