Post subject: Black Background though C++ coding possible?

Is it possible to have a black background though C++ coding in s.s? or does anybody already have a plugin that could do that. Black in SS is transparent (damN!). i know the only way is it the options but is there another way/bot that can do it?

just put map images over the background using no darker than rgb(10,10,10)
