General Questions - Lan server not working...

Post subject: Lan server not working...
I have done everything that the lan server how to has told me and when I go to connect to the zone it is green and has a ping of 10 but when i connect it doesnt it just goes for awhile and then says Failed to connect, anyone know why it is doing this??

EDIT: Also if you want people outside of your lan to play with you in the zone you will need to setup your router. Otherwise they either wont be able to see it in the list or it will show up red in there list. Go to this post to fix it. http://forums.minegoboom.com/viewtopic.php?t=2443

Thank you very much it works... just one more thing my friend is trying to join on another computer on the same lan and it wont work could you tell me how to work?

He needs to set up a custom zone pointing towards your LAN ip.
