LVZ/LVL Questions - LVZ Structure

Can someone give me details how:
DeBuildLevel.exe
BuildLevel.exe

Construct/Deconstructs LVZ's -- i thought Bob Dole.. Bob Dole... Bob Dole...... bob dole.... bob... dole.... had this on his site.. but I cant seem to find it... Basically how can I read the files inside a LVZ directly?

There is a file in lvztoolkit.zip called lvzFormat.txt, read it.
