LVZ/LVL Questions - .lvl information structure needed

Post subject: .lvl information structure needed

I need information on how data is stored in a .lvl file so I can develop an autotiler. I have looked for one but can't find one anywhere. By autotiler I mean a program that will tile a map based on parameters from the bitmap used and the 19x10 spaces used to indicate map tiles.
