umm can you actuly make mine to where you can lay a as many mines by pressing shift+tab once,at different parts of the ship?

Not under the current system. However, we can setup the new server to perform a similar function. So sit till untill ASSS is usable and you can code, or give up.

Even with ASSS, it would be an ugly hack, because how weapons are done, you have to have a new timestamp for them, and your ship needs to actually be there. So to do this with ASSS would make people 'jump' all over the place to drop mines, which would cause a lot of lag because of how much data needs to be pushed to everyone to see it. And, to make it viewable on your own screen, it would actually move you around on your own screen, which would seem very awkward. In fact, I'm unsure if the server can force you to use your own weapons. Never tried.

i think he wants a ship to be able to set mines out of its side, front , etc, instead of just where it is sitting

Akai, Ive got that plugin too. It will obliterate a weak connection like 56k
