my server is online and green everything done as shanky.com guide.says. The problem is i can't get it my server and others can what do i do?

No, this shipbuilder is always a tad fuzzy.
To fix the login problems, you need to click 'Add Custom Zone...' in your zone list and make the IP your LAN IP, not your WAN IP.

WAN is your Wide Area Network, most often the Internet. LAN is your Local Area Network.
If you are behind a router that supports NAT (Network Address Translation), your computer will only see your LAN IP (Internet Protocol) address. This is most commonly started with a 192.168.*.*.
To get your LAN IP address, go to Start, Run. Type in cmd if you are using Windows 2000 or XP. If you are not using 2000 or XP, type in command instead. This will open up a command prompt, most often referred to as a dos prompt. Now, type in ipconfig and look at the output. Find your IP address, which will most likely start with a 192.168.
Here is an image I made a while ago showing how to get your router's IP address. The LAN IP address is only 2 numbers up from the one circled.
