I need help on how to put shipsets into my zone, can some1 plz tell me how?

what format are your shipsets in? (what files do you have that you're calling 'shipsets'?)

in properties it says open with internet explorer and also with paint, the files have ships, bombs, text and other things

okay, assuming those all have the file extensions ".bm2", you want to open up notepad and type in the following:

file=shield.bm2
file=ships.bm2
file=shroll.bm2
file=spark.bm2
file=sproll.bm2
file=super.bm2
file=teroll.bm2
file=trail.bm2
file=wall.bm2
file=warppnt.bm2
file=wbroll.bm2
file=weroll.bm2

you save this as nameOfYourChoice.ini (nameOfYourChoice always equals whatever name you like)

make sure your new .ini file and all of those images are in the SAME DIRECTORY

download lvztoolkit.zip

extract its contents

run 'buildlevel.exe' - it'll open a browse-for-file box, find and select your .ini file

a .lvz file (named whatever you put for outfile=) should now be created in the same directory as the .ini file and the images (assuming there are no errors)

now you place your new .lvz file into your main Continuum directory (eg. C:\Program Files\Continuum)

go into your zone and type "*putfile nameOfYourChoice.lvz" - this will upload the .lvz to your server

now you must tell the settings to use the .lvz file

assuming you want to use these new images in public arenas, you would go in-game and "*getfile server.cfg" - open up server.cfg (will be in main Continuum directory) in notepad, find the [misc] section

look for a setting named "levelfiles=" in the [misc] section

make it "levelfiles=nameOfYourChoice.lvz" (if it isn't there, just type it in)

save your changes to server.cfg, then go in-game and "*putfile server.cfg"

now when you enter any public arena of your zone you should download your new images and see them

i did that, now when i do *putfile Meteor.lvz it says C2S Stuck and disconnects me
