Can anyone give me any sites I can get hosting off of since http://www.sscentral.com
isnot working or its just the internet.

Go to the website of your favourite zone and ask them if they will host your site. If it's a squad site that might help.
You could contact Polix for sscentral hosting, pay money to twsites.com or try sscont.net.
