Post subject: Failed to load level file: .
A while ago the subgame crashed while i was trying to switch public map files in the server.ini

Big oops and the server crashed/closed.

The host was contacted and he correcty set it up.
Ever since that day i get this error.

Loading level file: .
Failed to load level file: .

It shows up in the *log every 30 seconds

I have looked over the server.ini and server.cfg
I can not trace down to what is casing it.
The DefaultLevelFile is right and the LevelFiles in the server.cfg are correct as well.
I have changed map files again (corectly) and i still get this error.

Does anyone know what this may be?

Do you have a comma after the last entry of Misc:LevelFiles? It seems to be trying to load an LVZ called ' ', lol.

No there is no comma at the end if any line.

for lack of a real solution, remake the zone - probably will take less time than an answer sa_tongue.gif

I do understand, and I know it's a pain. I'm just saying don't recreate your zone to fix it.
Could you paste the Misc:LevelFiles entry here?

Make a fresh server directory.
Throw your .cfg file in.
Start it.
Check if it does it.
Put the map file in the directory and in server.ini.
Start it again.
Check if it does it again.

If it works the first time but not the second, its a problem with the way you put your map in.
If it doesnt work the first time, its a .cfg problem.

Dr Brain. i'll try what you said in a few hours on another test server.

LevelFiles=rsbanner2.lvz,rsgfx.lvz,rshelp.lvz

Remove LevelFiles and see if it still does it. If people think that might be the source, it's easier just to try it.
