If you mean their name, no. The name tag only disappears from other's screens if you cloak, but your teammates still see you. Or you could kindly ask everyone to do ESC+F2 a few times so they don't see players names. Other than that, everyone sees your name, even in *ufo now (if your uncloaked).

Well, you could blank out the yellow font. Not sure if it's used anywhere else.

It'd be weird, but you could make the font color black (or same as background). If black...would it go transparent, or be black? Just try it out and see.

Any changes you make are local, they will not affect other clients unless you make them at the server.

really eh? (dont mind me the stupid canadian) but if you couldn't see ur name then the point of that would be??? instead you could always shut off team chat and then change the team chat color to black but ther than that there is no way to do this currenty
