In my zone, i made cap ships with a radius of like 200 and another one of like 600, but regular bombs don't affect it (it doesn't do damage). Why?

probably because their recharge is so ridiculously high any damage taken is almost instantaneously recharged

Post your [bomb] section of your .cfg. Damage to ships is done compared to the center point of the ship, not the closest edge. So your blast radius is probably set to something so low that it could not damage a ship ever.
