Odd, It keeps crashing when i try to pull up my zone.. How come?

Make sure you have the right map name specified in the server.ini file...and that your map is there

also..make sure you can open the map (didnt go corrupt)

and it also happends when it says Establishing link to billing

i had a prob where the server would perform an illegal op when ever you edit the setts in game. I fixed it by nuking the directory and starting over. (you can keep the .cfg).
