What type of bot is it? MERV?

If so open up: Spawns.txt and erase EVERYTHING in it and put this in:

Quote:

Bot : password : arena : alias, flag, rampage : SysOpPassword

It is in this format:

Quote:

Bot's Name : Bot's Password : Arena The Bot Will Enter : Files that the bot will work with : The SysOp Password

NOTE: You must login as the bot yourself by making an account then exit and then you may log the bot in, otherwise it will not enter the bot in because it will say that it is no such username.

In MERVBot.ini at the top fill this in:

Quote:

[Login]
Zone=localhost:PORT

NOTE: Where it says "PORT" fill in the zone's port that it shall enter. The "localhost" part is okay.

If you seek further assistance, please post again.

His instructions were from any computer.

Just RTFM (read the readme.txt).

When the bot came in, the pop. said 1. But after I exited Continuum and reentered the bot was gone. What's wrong?

Those of you who were going to answer: Done through IM.

And if another problem comes up, it would be better to give a few more specifics.
