Added a background preset (does the same as TiledMajick from SOS)
I suggest not to use this preset with very small images, because it's slower than SOS' one
Fixed a DisplayTime-Bug
If you don't want a DisplayTime in an object just clear the whole box so no text or numbers are in there.

Damn, thats a bloated file. I first though you included dlls with it that wouldn't always be needed (like people do ALL THE TIME with VBasic), but noticed its the exe thats fat.

Yeah... VCL makes the exe sooo big
I looked at the library nintendo64 uses, but switching would be too much work.
