Bot Questions - Spawnbot cant handle private freqs?

Post subject: Spawnbot cant handle private freqs?
I have a spawnbot for merv.. spawn.dll that basically does a

if person spawns "here" and is on "this freq" move him "here"

and that works great for the public freqs but not for the private freqs, as it doesnt seem to have a process for moving people who are on freqs not listed in the ini

so to get to the point -- I need a plugin that works essentially the same way, but also notes that if the person isnt on any of the above freqs, to warp him to a random spot.

Any thoughts?

um...if they're not listed on one of the freqs, then they should follow whatever misc:warpradiuslimit is set to

and you could set it to 1024 (random)

as far as i know (not much) spawnbot only looks at a small area for new droppies, -- a square you define -- and i picked as right around 512 512 therefore the warpradius limit is set to 1 to get everyone into that box on death and join

so, the priv players still get stuck in the box

Ahh. figured it out.

im using the oudated server files, without the [spawn] section.

Going to upgrade and pray nothing gets screwy, but that should fix it.

somethings still not right.

ive set spawns up and it works correctly for warping freqs 0 1 2, but any priv team doesnt default to the warptile distance, instead it seems to randomly pick a point pair and radius thats being used for freqs 0, 1, or 2, and uses that.

well then...warn them before they enter...that if ur on a priv freq...good luck
