Assuming you mean ESC, then C
It should open up a little window at the top center of your screen.
If you are a sysop you can also do "*getfile name.cfg" for whatever .cfg file it is you want. Edit it, save changes and "*putfile name.cfg".

Go to your Continuum folder, and delete the server.set file. It maybe set to read only, which can cause the problem of not saving. If that doesn't work, do a /*info on yourself after doing ESC+C to see if it is even sending data (the last line should show it, like it would for doing a *putfile/*getfile).
